Tom is the co-founder and q-grader of the team. He still roasts coffee from time to time and of course sources coffee directly from the origin.

Katrien is the co-founder and q-grader of our team. She is a real coffee encyclopedia and wrote a book about specialty coffee.

Joris is our head roaster. He roasts your delicious coffee! On top of coffee, his great passion is music and vinyl records.
