The coffee recipe for the V60 with our Costa Rica - San Isidro filter coffee is very simple and goes as follows:
Step 1
Grind 18 grams of Costa Rica - San Isidro filter coffee.
Step 2
Put your V60 with the filter paper on a scale, add the 18 grams of ground coffee into the filter and boil in the meantime your water. You need 300 grams of water in total.
Step 3
You will need to pour your 300 grams of water into the V60 in 5 times. Preferably with a Hario Buono kettle because of the spout. First you'll pour in 50 grams for blooming. Afterwards you'll pour 3x 75 grams. And at the end you will pour 25 grams.
Step 4
Enjoy your delicious brewed cup of coffee with notes of honey, raisins, nuts and cranberry.
