Joris is our head roaster. He roasts your delicious coffee! On top of coffee, his great passion is music and vinyl records.

Francis is the best driver of the team! He delivers OR coffee all over the country.

Chanya has been packaging your coffee, with the greatest care, for 10 years already. She is the real superhero of the roastery!

Tom is co-founder and q-grader of the team. He still roasts coffee from time to time and of course sources coffee directly from the origin.

Quinten is Joris’ right hand at the roastery, handling everything from roasting coffee and cupping to the occasional delivery. He does it all! As a trained barista, he even helps customers fine-tune their coffee grinders on the spot.

Rabie is our French-speaking superstar, with years of experience as a barista and bar manager in specialty coffee. He leads our French-speaking barista workshops and takes care of our customers in Brussels, Wallonia, and France.
