Meet the team

Chanya has been packaging your coffee, with the greatest care, for 10 years already. She is the real superhero of the roastery!

Quinten is our head roasters and a certified Q Grader. He’s deeply involved in everything from roasting and cupping to quality control and flavor profiling. As a trained barista, he also enjoys helping customers fine-tune their coffee grinders on the spot.

Wouter’s journey with OR Coffee began in 2013 behind the bar in Brussels as a barista. His passion for the craft led him to become our first Barista Trainer at the OR School, where he helped our professional customers set up their own coffee bars. After a short detour in Mexico, Wouter returned home in 2024 to lead the company as General Manager. Enthousiast to bring his deep passion for specialty coffee and Direct Trade.

Rabie is our French-speaking superstar, with years of experience as a barista and bar manager in specialty coffee. He leads our French-speaking barista workshops and takes care of our customers in Brussels, Wallonia, and France.

Tom is co-founder and q-grader of the team. He still roasts coffee from time to time and of course sources coffee directly from the origin.
