Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between the Anna EM, LEM and TEM?
All three share the same 250 ml brass boiler, LELIT57 group, pressure gauge and 3-way solenoid valve. The LEM adds lever switches and a multidirectional steam wand. The TEM adds PID control of the boiler temperature on top of that.

Can I make cappuccino with the Lelit Anna?
Yes. After the shot you switch to steam; it takes a short wait for the boiler to reach steam temperature.

Which grinder goes with the Anna?
An espresso grinder with fine adjustment, for example the Lelit Fred.

How do I keep it in shape?
Backflush with the blind filter, clean the group with group head cleaner and descale regularly, depending on your water hardness.
