All about the Lelit Bianca V3 – Flow control paddle
The paddle on top of the Bianca V3’s group changes how fast water reaches the puck while the shot runs. Start with a slow pre-infusion, open up to full flow, or ease off toward the end. Leave it wide open and you pull a regular shot, as on any E61 machine, so you can learn the paddle at your own pace. Inside are two boilers and a quiet rotary pump, so you can brew and steam at the same time.

Key features
Flow control paddle
Control the water flow during extraction by hand, for long pre-infusion, flow profiling or a classic straight shot.
Dual boiler
0.8 liter coffee boiler and 1.5 liter steam boiler in stainless steel: brew and steam at the same time.
Rotary pump, tank or plumbed-in
Quiet pump with pressure adjustable from the outside. Use the 2.5 liter tank on three sides of the machine, or connect to the water supply with direct drain.
LCC with OLED display
Set coffee and steam temperature, low flow and pre-infusion time, follow the shot timer, and switch the steam boiler off when you only make espresso.
Group gauge plus dual pump/steam gauge
The gauge on the group shows brew pressure while you move the paddle; the dual gauge shows pump and steam boiler pressure.
L58E group (E61-style)
With the registered paddle design on top. LELIT58 portafilters and standard 58 mm tools fit.
