All about the Mazzer ZM Plus – 83 mm, espresso and filter
The ZM Plus is Mazzer’s grinder for specialty coffee that grinds espresso and filter on one machine. You set the grind digitally, in microns between the burrs, and save up to 20 settings, so switching from an espresso to a filter recipe is a matter of recalling a number. The 83 mm flat burrs turn at 900 rpm (50 Hz), and the low retention makes it suited to single dosing.

83 mm flat burrs
Special steel burrs of 83 mm. Mazzer fits one of four sets: K151B for espresso, K151F or K151G for filter, K151I hybrid.
Digital grind adjustment
The display shows the distance between the burrs in microns, for accurate and repeatable settings. Save up to 20 grind settings.
Four programmable buttons
Store four grinding times for your most used recipes or doses.
Espresso and filter
A universal portafilter holder for espresso, a quick-connect canister for filter coffee and a bag holder for grinding into a bag.
Minimal retention
Built for single dosing: little coffee stays behind between two grinds. The standard hopper holds 0.32 kg; a 1.3 kg hopper is available on request.
Built to last
Aluminum die-cast body, an 800 W motor and a double fan cooling system.
