Lelit built 1,986 of these Bianca 40 Years machines for its 40th anniversary, each with zebrano wood on the knobs, paddle, lever and feet, and an illustration by an Italian artist plus a serial number on the polished body. Inside is the Bianca V3: two stainless steel boilers, a rotary pump and the paddle that controls flow during the shot.

0.8 liter coffee boiler and 1.5 liter steam boiler in stainless steel: brew and steam at the same time.
Rotary pump, tank or plumbed-in
Pump pressure adjustable from the outside. Use the 2.5 liter tank on three sides of the machine, or connect to the water supply with direct drain.
LCC with OLED display
Set coffee and steam temperature, low flow and pre-infusion, follow the shot timer, and switch the steam boiler off when you only make espresso.
